Ahimsa yoga guides students to live a life of great happiness, health and wholeness, on and off the mat.
The first two modules of the program combined together constitute our full 300-hour teacher training experience. An optional third module is available for yogis interested in continuing their education, or graduates of other 200-hour programs looking to continue their studies.
Module 1: Exploring the Practice of Yoga
The first module of the Ahimsa training is to help you deepen your love for yoga by bringing greater clarity, direction, and inspiration to your practice. Our principle area of study in Module 1 is exploring and understanding yoga asana.
Module 2: Exploring the Teaching of Yoga
In the second module of Ahimsa Teacher Training we will broaden your understanding of yoga practices, anatomy, and philosophy. Here we create a solid foundation to build your confidence as an instructor and help you develop your unique voice to move and inspire others through the teaching of yoga.
